HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at Meraki is easy:
Use the menu links to view your desired category/outfit.
Once you have found an item of your choice, choose your size and/or color if applicable and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page.
Click on 'PROCEED TO ORDER' to complete your purchase.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MYSA ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We accept payments from all major credit cards. Our portal accepts all major cards whereby the card supplier protects payments, and if you like, you can also pay with PayPal/Zelle/Venmo and/or Western Union/MoneyGram service.
First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

WHERE CAN MYSA DELIVER TO AND WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We’re proud to offer shipping services worldwide using trusted courier services. We can provide all customers with tracking details of their orders.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT BE?
Delivery time depends on where the delivery address is and which category product has been ordered. Heavy formals and custom orders can take longer, depending on your customizations. Please feel free to contact us to check on the status of custom orders.
Please note, during sale periods your purchase may take longer to arrive. During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We can edit your billing and shipping details.
