Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to enable you to track your package at all times. For information about product shipping and delivery procedures, please reach out to us via care@mysa.pk and/or WhatsApp.

Delivery dates indicated at checkout or in the order confirmation email are estimates only and shall not be deemed final by Mysa. Mysa will not be liable for failure to ship or deliver the products as estimated in cases of force majeure, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or cancellation of orders as a result of delayed shipment.

Mysa ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
